Triple A Garage Doors – Service Policy & Exchange Terms

1. Service Warranty

Triple A Garage Doors stands behind the quality of our work:

  • All labor is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
  • Manufacturer warranties for doors and openers vary by brand (typically 1–10 years) and will be detailed on your invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or third-party modifications.

2. Product Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom or special-order doors are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  • Standard, unopened parts (e.g., remotes, springs) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, in original condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
  • Installed parts or used electrical components cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven defective.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $49 service fee.

4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days, and we'll work to make it right.


5. No Double Promotions

Only one promotion, coupon, or discount may be applied per service. Offers cannot be combined.
